RYI hires multi-cultural and multi-lingual staff members, many of whom reside in the same communities in which we operate and where our youth live and go to school. Our staff members speak Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. The 33 member staff and 4 programs are overseen by Executive Director Mia Alvarado and Deputy Director Diana Thompson.
